Access to and/or use of this portal attributes the condition of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use reflected herein. These Conditions shall apply regardless of any General Contracting Conditions that may be mandatory.

The website provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs, or data (hereinafter, “the content”) on the Internet belonging to Óptima Mayores or its licensors, to which the USER may have access.

12. Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction
The relationship between Óptima Mayores and the USER shall be governed by current Spanish regulations and any controversy shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.
