Fernanda Escardó Zaldo
Secretary of the Board and Legal Officer
Fernanda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Master’s Degree in Private Law from CEU.
She has over 20 years of professional experience as a lawyer, with 15 of those years specializing in equity release solutions (reverse mortgage, sale of bare property, and sale with leaseback), making her one of the foremost experts in this field in Europe.
From the legal perspective, Fernanda has designed a secure, transparent, and responsible contracting process to meet the interests not only of our clients, the elderly, but also of their environment.
She has extensive experience in commercial contract negotiation and consultancy.
Fernanda has worked with firms such as Peláez y Fabra Law Firm and Gabinete Jurídico XXI in the areas of Civil Litigation and Commercial Law, and at Banco Vitalicio de España in the GGCC (corporate clients) Department.
